Not Uploading

Today was the second day in a row that my run with my 405cx did not show up in activities. The first time my Garmin ANT Agent showed the red x and said it did not upload due to server error. Today I got the green check mark saying it was successful showing the correct date and time. Neither activity showed up. Both times my wife used a 305 for the same runs and both times hers showed up.

Anybody know what is going on, or how to fix this? We are running the Cooper River Bridge 10K today and I really want to capture it!

    I too am having the same problem, anyone who can help it would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried a soft or hard reset of your device?
    Page 39 of your manual.
    Note that a hard reset clears all of your data.

    Try setting up some test runs on your device and play around to see if you can figure out what's going on.

    Re-pairing is something to try too, just in case.

    Same Issue

    I'm having the exact same problem. I ran a half marathon on Sunday and set a new PR. My forerunner connected to ANT and said it successfully transferred but never showed up in Garmin Connect. No one at Garmin has been helpful yet.

    ANT might have transferred it to your hard drive, but it didn't get moved onto Connect. You can try signing onto Garmin Connect, clicking Upload, and choose "Upload Selected Activities". If it is on your hard drive, it will be listed there.
