Hi Everyone,

I just purchased a forerunner 410 and am learning how to use it. I just made an error in recording my track workout, because after each interval I pressed stop and then started up again. How do I configure the device so that it saves the time of each interval instead of recording it as a continuous run?

Thanks, Laura
  • You should mark a lap at the end of each interval. That would break up the intervals, rest, warm up, and cool down into separate laps, but your entire run would be one activity. You could look at your lap splits separately to see, for example, how fast you were running the 400 repeats.

try setting the watch for the distance of your intervals...the lap feature? I don't have a 410 (FR 305 and 110) but that high end watch should be able to even be programmed for even a specific workout......

I should have said -- mark a lap at the end of each interval AND then again at the beginning of each interval.
