Can't view charts

I am having an issue with the forerunner 305. After uploading data, the charts won;t show the data. I just get a circle with an arrow spinning. I have had some success but more often than not, it won't work. The weird thing is that max speed, elevation and heart rate publish in the summary section.

Is it a setting issue?

Thanks

At the moment, all of GC seems to be a little sluggish. I'm getting the spinning icon when it tries to load my charts as well. There have been some problems on the site in the last 24 hours, so I don't think that it's anything that you're doing wrong.

After I typed the above and then looked at my activity, the charts were finally loaded. It worked fine, but slowly.

Same spinning charts problem, also with 305

I'm experiencing the same problem, and I also have a 305.

For my short activities -- 45 minute runs -- the charts and player all work fine.

For my 2:45m bike rides, the charts don't display and the player doesn't work.

Am I just not being patient enough?

  • Spinning wheels on the windows indicate that the Flash element that sits in there is having problems - if the rest is okay, then its nothing to do with the 305.

Its more likely to be a browser issue.

I had the same issue, "No Charts" and could not change from the first page in the display activities webpage, Just hung when I clicked on any of the page numbers.

The Crome Browser worked, so I uninstalled IE9 going back to IE8 and now charts display and I page on the activities webpage to view all my past workouts.
Much more happy, Thanks MS for IE9

    Hope this helps
