Can't upload file to Garmin Connect

Can someone please help me upload my file to Garmin Connect? It seems the file is good because it uploaded to Garmin Training Center, and Training Peaks. However, it has been "uploading" continuously on Garmin Connect without actually finishing. I also tried manuel upload but it keeps saying error. Is something wrong with Garmin Connect, or my Edge 705?

I attached the file so anyone know whats how to fix it can give it a shot! Thank you!

It uploaded my run today but not my ride and wouldn't upload a run from Thursday either I wasn't sure if it was an issue with using a custom workout? My run today was not the other 2 workouts I'm trying to load are custom training workouts?
