Can't upload

I'm having trouble uploading to Connect today - hasn't been working for the past couple of hours at least. I've tried using both Firefox and IE8, and I've tried logging out / in again, and clearing the browser cache. I've tried using a gpx file exported from SportTracks - no luck. I'm just getting the "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again" message.

Anyone else, or just me?

Some heads up from Garmin would be nice.
I've been trying to upload for half an hour. Getting really nervous because I thought it was my Edge that was the problem. Reading this thread calmed me down.:)
    Try again tonight or tomorrow.

    Ditto Just spinning. . .
  • Same here. "Activity transfer to Garmin Connect failed due to server error". Tried also "Upload" button from the Garmin Connect webpage; nothing. Tried "Force Send" from my Garmin 410 menu; nothing again. Using Garmin Agent 2.2.13.

And there is anoter strange thing. The Garmin Connect website displays a yellow message saying that my Garmin 410 firmware is version 2, whereas last version is 2.1. But, clicking "Get Started" in order to download new firmware, options only for 405 and 405CX appear, not 410. Anyway, that's another thing. The current problem is that we cannot upload activities.
  • Anyone out there?

Hello GARMIN!!! We are waiting for a response.
  • been down for more than 6 hours. er... how long does it take to re-set your server? You guys should be good at solving this problem, as it happens every damn week.

Well I just tried to open my Dashboard in GC and it took several minutes then up came the sign in page. It did not automatically recognize me. Normally my desktop link signs me in and opens directly to my Dashboard.

So I signed in and made a new desktop link, deleted the old one, restarted my computer, clicked my new desktop link and presto, worked just like normal.

These electronic gadgets just drive me nuts.

And manually loaded a test track okay.

Does it?!? Want to know it before I sell my Suunto T6d that I've been using until now and purchase Garmin accessories.

No, it does not happen every week. This is the first time that I can recall it happening in a long time, and I've been using Garmin Connect since it started.
  • It looks like Garmin Connect is back up.
