Seems that I transferred the data from my watch to garmin connect, but the message i received said info not transferred due to server failure. Can someone please advise how I get info to my garmin connect dashboard?

Thanks. I have a 310XT and ran a Mararthon on Saturday and for some reason i don't see the details of the run on the Garmin. is there something special i need to do when the run is completed.
Yes, after complete your run and you stop the timer, you also want to press and hold reset.
Page 6 of your manual says, "Press and hold reset to save your activity and reset the training page."
I don't know for sure about your device. On my edge 705, when I hold down the reset button, it pops up a 3-2-1 countdown message. I think that that's pretty common in Garmin devices.
