For the first 3 months my audio worked fine, now the audio only works maybe 1/2 the time. Shutting the unit down and turning it back on doesn't always fix the problem. Has anyone had a similar problem? Is there a download to fix it or do I need to send my GPS in for warranty repair?
Download Webupdater from Garmin (Google that if you don't hav e it already on your computer) and see whether your unit software is up to date. A new version might help.

The good news....
There was an update that I just installed. I'll see if this fixes my intermittant audio problem.
The bad news....
The update wiped out about 50 addresses I had stored in my GPS.
Any way to retreive them?
Wish there was some warning and a message to tell you how to back up this data before the update was started.
