  • You can use Garmin Connect, which is web-based, or Garmin Training Center, which will run on your local computer.

Here's a good place to get started for Garmin Connect:

    http://connect.garmin.com/help

BTW, there are other non-Garmin options besides Connect and Training Center. This topic has been covered extensively, so search the forums for more information.

You can use both Garmin Connect (web-based) and you can also download and install Garmin Training Center on your computer.

I upload my activities to both of them. Each has some features that the other doesn't, and it's a good way to back up data by having it in 2 places.

    Garmin connect:

    Garmin Training Center:
    http://www.garmin.com/garmin/cms/us/intosports/training_center

There are other third-party options available as well that others will probably point out here for you.
