Nuvi 1310 giving error "no map data available"

I went to map a route to a new location yesterday and when I click on 'Address' I get an error 'No Map Data Available". It still routes properly to all my saved locations, and all other functions such as the data available when I do not have a trip routed and just use the 'view map' function appear normal. The currently loaded map is identified as CN North America NT 2011.20. Can anyone tell me what is going on or how to fix this issue?
