Time in HR Zones

Hi, Can anyone help?

Is there any way/feature that i can use that will tell me how much time i have spent in each HR zones.

This would make analyzing my training alot easier.

If you are using windows, you can get that information in Training Center (it's not available in the Mac version).

Garmin has said that they plan to add it to Garmin Connect sometime in the future.

I also want to this, but I'm working on a mac so Training Center is not a solutions for me.

Why is it included in TC for windows and not for Mac ???? :mad:
