My 1690 reboots itself sometimes when in use. Once in a while it will shut down completely. The only way I can get it going again is to hold down the power button and then plug in the cord. I did a search for this problem, but could not find and answers. Sometimes I loose it at when I need to most. Really need to get this fixed or get something else.
