tcx file error?

I can't upload the attached thx file to Garmin connect.

I get an error saying that it isn't accepted by the system.

I have tried to look at it to see if I could find any errors, but am not good at understanding tcx... Is anyone better than me on this and could help?

I was able to upload this file to GC with no problem. Maybe there was a temporary problem with the server.
