If you move your curser over any day on calendar view a plus sign will appear in the upper left corner of that day; click on the plus sign, and you will see 4 options, the bottom option being "Note" - simply click on this and create your note.

Has the option to create calendar notes been removed from Garmin Connect? I used calendar notes in the past and can still see the entries, however i cant find any button to add new notes :(
  • On the calendar page hover over the date where you want to add the note, a plus sign will appear. Click on the plus sign, then select Note. As described above by JPWGIBSON.

Thank you SEILOGRAMP for your fast response.
Somehow, this doesnt work with my standard browser Firefox 11. When i move my mouse over a date field, no plus sign appears. I tried the same with Internet Explorer and it worked just fine... Does anyone know how to make it work for Firefox? (Maybe just some wrong settings?)
  • Same thing. There used to be a plus sign, but it has disappeared. I use Firefox at work and notes are there. Is it related to the recent site maintenance?
  • There are some Firefox extensions which will inhibit the creation of notes. Try shutting them all off to see if this is the issue:

Go to "Tools" in the menubar, then "Add-ons", then "Extensions", then select "Disable" for each of your Extensions (you can re-enable them later). Then close Firefox, re-open, and see if that's helped.

If this worked, then you have to go through the laborious process of disabling one Extension at a time.

For me, in my experience with Firefox, the culprit Extension was "AdBlock Plus". Once having learned this, I simply disabled it on my Garmin Calendar page.
