I have just got a new PC and obviously want it to load my run data from my FR60. I have installed the software as per all the instructions and my FR60 appears to be communicating properly with the ANT agent but My Garmin does not seem to be receiving the data. Or it is but then it goes off and sulks and won't tell me what it is. I constantly get this message:
"Device not supported. MyDashboard does not support the device you have connected to your computer. Connect a different device and try again."
One time it did open for me and I could see my run data, but only the two runs I have done since I installed my new PC and not my previous history. The info on my last two runs was almost like a mirage because now I can't see it any more. It is driving me nuts. Where is my data? Why can't I even see my old stuff? My account still exists and I sign in correctly but there's nothing there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no avail. Help! :eek:
