One alle devices (I have seen) with barometric altimeter GPS-elevation is only available on the satellite-page. On het GPSmap62s this is very small and only in feet. For use in aircrafts with pressure-compensation the barometric altimeter is useless and thus the GPS altimeter must be used. Therefore it would be a good idea to create a datafield which contains the GPS elevation (as in systems without barometric altimeter) so that the user can choose which type of altimeter he wants to display. To me this would not be a big deal that can be implemented in a firmware-update.
Anyone with the same idea?
