The Nuvi 1300 poor features need to be fixed

I have been using the 1300 from June 2010 till present in my job delivering flowers and about 30,000 logged miles and some things just don't work good.
For instance - when entering a location using " Where To " once you enter the city and then address a brief location map pops up and a small menu in the center asking to press here for more information covering up a portion of the map. Their should be a small " x " on this to close that box so I can see more detail of the map's destination location - what I have to do is save it as my location then go back to the start and view map - too much work - also - when entering locations - I have to tell it to goto and then stop to make it easier to enter the next location or have to back out of 5 screens to enter a new location. Another problem is the " where to " " recently found " as after I entered the locations I wish to go to the closes first - they do not list the closes but vary from lets say the first is 15 miles , the second is 5 and the the 3rd is 28 and the fourth is 6 .. etc. I need it to line them up with the closes from my location and not have to search through them all. Then when I do find the closes - let's say it id 5 miles and ask to go their it ends up being 6 - 8 - or 10 miles different , with the settings changed for fastest or shortest - I have tried several ways like avoiding freeways etc, clearly the estimates are " line of site " estimates. One more thing - the pitcher viewer is useless - you cant use a card from your camera or any other device that has a folder full of photos - their is no menu to get into a folder - the NUVI just looks at the root directory and no matter how big the memory card is the rules of data in the root are the same - 512 items and that's it. [ my numbers could be off but this is another problem ] . You have to upload photos to the root of a blank card so you cant use camera cards that create folders. On my next purchase I will be looking closer to other GPS devices that do not have this problem , clearly if I was an average joe these problems would most likely be over looked but I depend on this devise in every day use of about 20 - 30 deliveries a day in the metro Detroit area.
