how to delete maps from nivi 245

hi all

cn anyone explain to me how to delete a map i have loaded onto my garmin nuvi 245 i had it on a sd card and when i put the card in it asked if i wanted to transfer the data to the devise i clicked yes by mistake

basically i dont want it on the devise i just want it when i insert the card
