Share your activities with selected people only?

Hello

I would like to know if I can share my activities on Garmin Connect only with my friends and not with everybody?
I am using a 405CX to prepare a marathon and to keep motivation high I would like to share my training with my firends but not with unknowns...

Currently you can share with either everyone or nobody.
