Nuvi 3790 SD Card Transferring

Question to Nuvi 3790 users....

It takes forever when I transfer img map to the SD card (even for smaller files). Have you experienced the same issue? What seems to be the problem?

Problem is in Garmin firmware. Use card reader and wait for fix.

Yup, I am using the card reader (which is inconvenient if I may say)....so it's a waiting game...
