Add Activity Types - dog-powered winter sports

I would love to see skijoring and dog mushing added to the drop down list of activity types. I know that many skijorers and mushers use GPS to monitor training speeds and keep track of dog-powered trips. Garmin connect is a great way to share this data.

Practically any recent Garmin watch offers you the option to create a custom activity, with the parameters you need for the tracking, and using the name of your choice. There is no way tens of thousands…

Still there is no option to select the activity type, this has to be done manually every time after the recording is done, and twice if you use Strava.

Practically any recent Garmin watch offers you the option to create a custom activity, with the parameters you need for the tracking, and using the name of your choice. There is no way tens of thousands of existing sports and activities could be included by default, and that's why there is the option for custom activities.

Avec les nouvelles maj je relance le sujet. Il y a de plus en plus de sports à l'affiche parapente SUP etc mais toujours rien pour les sports tracté par les chiens??

Bonjourjai pour projet de créer un application sur Garmin sur le Canicross bikejoring skijoring.

Auriez vous des idées de ce qu'on pourrait ajouter en plus des données habituel tel que l'allure etc?

Ajoute aussi le traîneau à chiens, le VTT à chiens!! J'ai 12 chiens attelée alors moi j'aime bien la vitesse en km/h, la distance et le temps ! Et si tu as un moyen de nous faire sélectionner les chiens qui étaient dans l'équipe ce serait hot !
