So I have a new Zumo that was working just fine but then I plugged it into my office computer I ended up with a MAJOR problem. My computer requires that any harddrive I plug into it have a Pointset password so the computer automatically loaded a password onto the Zumo. So now when I plug the Zumo in Pointset asks me for my new password. I can input the password no problem by the Zumo no longer loads the maps that are loaded on it - I can't see any maps on the Zumo any more. I've tried reloading the maps from Mapsource and while it says that the load has been successful I can't see any loaded maps on the Zumo. I tried looking on the Zumo harddrive files via my computer to see if I could remove Pointset but can't find the files. Think I need to dump the entire Zumo and reload it ??? Anyone have any ideas - I'm in a bit of a jam because I need the until for a trip on Monday!!
