Problem with Tanita BC 100 and Garmin Connect

I bought the Tanita BC100 yesterday without the optional display because I'm using the Garmin 310XT. The BC 100 connects perfectly to my 310Xt but for whatever reason the 310xt doesn't synchronise the BC100 data with Garmin Connect. All the rest works perfectly well. Have I done anything wrong!? Is there any additional setup? Thanks in advance and best regards rom freezing Munich! Achim:)

I have a BC-1000 and an FR60 and they are synching all the way to Garmin Connect, and to the Tanita Healthy Edge software.

Are you saying that you are able to upload fitness activities to Garmin Connect okay, and only the Health Data won't upload?

You might try forcing UPLOAD in Garmin Connect. In Garmin Connect, if I have health data available on my computer, I will get buttons for "Upload All Activities", "Upload Selected Activities", and "Upload Health Data".

If you don't get the button for "Upload Health Data", then the health information is probably not transferring from your 310 to the ANT Agent storage area on the computer.

Have you installed the Tanita software, and if so, are you getting data to load there?

One more question for future reference: what operating system are you using?

    Tanita BC 100

    Thank you!
That might be the problem. I don't get the button "upload Health Activities". I live in Germany and bought the Tanita in Germany. Dor whatever reason, the device doesn't come with any Tanita software. I'm using a MAC with OSX 10.6.6
Is there any link where I can download the Tanita software!
    Thanks in advance...

I downloaded from Competetive Edge, who sells the Tanita scale.

I'm posting the link, but I also notice that the Healthy Edge software is not compatible with Mac. Sorry.
