I'm having trouble logging into Garmin Connect. I enter my sign on info and I keep getting routed back to the sign on screen. In the upper right corner it says I'm logged in but I cannot get to my dashboard.

I contacted support but they tell me I've got to turn off all my security, firewall, anti-virus, etc. This makes no sense to me. I've been logging into Garmin Connect for months without any issues.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Any luck? Going through the exact same thing. 'Connect' was working perfectly before today. ' did a software update to 405CX as well as registered it for the first time. After that, cannot sign in ... Very frustrating.

    Sign in fixed...

    Fixed... I went into 'Tools', 'Internet Options', 'Security', 'Trusted Sites' and deleted any and all "Garmin" references and Garmin Connect worked fine again...

    removing garmin.com fromtrusted sites worked.
