I agree this is ridiculous, I just want to pull a couple of exports. Errrr..

what is going on Garmin... its been weeks now...access denied ... the new look never works so I have to switch to classic .... then I get the access denied message and bang cant get into anything...

Well it's up and running for most. If you're still getting any errors that aren't listed on the status page https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/status then do as the page says and contact support, ranting here won't help you.

Unfortunately contacting support doesn't help. They'll tell you it is a browser with your browser which it fundamentally isn't as I get the same problem using different combinations of safari, IE and chrome on OS X, windows and IOS. Googling the problem would suggest it's either a VMWare issue or a problem with their DDoS protection mechanisms both of which are not something that you can have a sensible discussion about when the person you're talking to only knows about Garmin products. Now that is understandable but I wish someone in support would realise that something is up and needs to escalated to their hosting company.
