Export from Garmin Connect to Training Center

Hi, I'm using Garmin Connect since 2 years and I have all my activities stored in there. I have started using Training Center and I would like to copy/export all the activities from Garmin Connect to Training Center. Is that possible?

Just starting out myself, so trying to make the decision about training centre or connect.
Can you sync your watch with both, therefore getting the best of both worlds?

Yes, you can upload your activities to both.

I upload to both each time.

I also check total miles on both and compare so that I know that neither one has dropped any of my data.

How do you export from Connect to Training Centre? As far as I can see the file format available is Excel. How do you export that into Training Centre?

Use the tcx format.

Display the activity. Above the map, click Export then Tcx File.

the main issues with your proposed solution is that my data is now 3 yrs old in Garmin Connect (and going) and I can't retro-actively get it from there to the desktop ... that's what I am trying to figure out. Single activity exports are going to take forever.
