Can Connect and Training Center share data?

Both have features I like, is it possible for both to access the same activity data?

Yes. Not a problem.

I agree, and I use both.

I always upload my history to both. That also gives me a backup of data on my own computer, besides being stored on the Garmin servers.

What device do you have? If you upload via ANT+, you can configure ANT Agent to send data to both when you upload.
