Activity lost after upload

I uploaded a running activity (I ran it with firmware 2.70) from Forerunner 405. There was no error, but the activity appears neither in the Training Center nor in Gamin Connect. It was automatically deleted from the FR after being uploaded. Any way to restore / undelete this activity?
