Basic Questions on 62S

I couldn't find these in the manual:

Is there a way to turn off Tracking, or do you just have to hit re-set?

When you're on a route, is there a way to 'skip' the next waypoint'? I took a shortcut and the 62s kept pointing to the old waypoint, even when I arrived at the end of the route!

Stop and Start tracking:
Main Menu, Setup, Tracks change from Do Not Record to Record, Do not show or Record Show on Map and vice versa.

Route:
Try to stop navigation then resume the route. It should restart at your current location
