I paired my phone with the 1370t no problem. The address book and history from my phone shows up on the gps fine with all id info intact. Why does the Garmin still continue to show unknown caller when I recieve a call ? All the info seems to be there.
Well, Garmin refered me to the compatibility chart, which is what I used when I decided to buy this unit. It checks all the boxes except texting as compatible.
They finally told me my specific phone was not compatible for caller id. When I asked for a list of phones that are, they could not provide that info. Told me to go to my provider and try them with the gps....................
