Is that an average for the time for a mile. I have two workouts exactly the same except for one was faster but it shows a lower figure. First trip is 13:52 second trip is 13:12.

In Garmin Connect there should be several speeds displayed.

If you used the "lap" function during your workout, either by manually pressing the lap button or the auto lap feature, Garmin Connect will show your average pace for each lap.

As well as your average pace for the whole workout, your average "moving" pace for the whole workout and peak speed are displayed. The "average moving pace" will typically be faster than the "average pace" since it factors out the time you stopped to tie your shoe, or got stuck at a stop light.

If this is pace then 13:12 mins per mile is faster than 13:52 mins per mile. If speed, then it's the other way round - 13.52 mph is faster than 13.12 mph

It is Pace so that makes sense. Thank you.

Just went back and checked, I don't have speed only nor can I add them to any of my columns.
