Volume to loud on bluetooth connection beteween a Zumo 660 and a cell phone

I have a Garmin Zumo 660 connect to an Autocom Pro-7 Sport through a 1273 Bluetooth adapter, and also connected to a Nokia C3.

I just had the same configuration before with a Garmin Zumo 500, and it works fine.

Usualy, on the Zumo 500, he ask me for for a pass key to pair it

But on the Zumo 660 he don't ask me to type any pass key to pair it with the Autocom Dongle.

The problem is that when I use the phone, the volume is so loud that I have to much trouble to understand what people are saying.

I already tried decrease the volume on the GPS to a minimum but it doesn't work.

I try to decrease the volume on the phone, but the volume control is locked.

I also try it in other mobiles and none of them let me do it, because they tells me that the volume control is locked.

Any help to solve this issue is useful.
