Can´t transfer to GC due to server error (permanent problem)

I have got the same error message the last half year and I can transfer the data manually from GC site. My unit is a a FR405 and I have ANT Agent version 2.2.11 that I have reinstalled several times. I have searched this forum for solutions (I see a lot of other with the same problem) but I can´t really find any solution.

Please help me!

I solved my problem! I removed my device from ANT Agent and paired it again - suddenly it works fine! I am pretty sure I tried it earlier but this time it worked...

    same problem

    I have tried to upload my data since 24/12 without success to garmin connect.Have disabled and paired again but still not working
    any other suggestions It was working fine up till 24 dec

    I've got the exact same problem. I can get to the GC website (sometimes) but as soon as I go to log on errors are received:

    "Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later".

    Or when you click on the 'dashboard' button this error comes up:

    An unknown error occurred.
    Firebug is currently enabled. Please disable Firebug for optimal Garmin Connect performance.

    Sorry, but it appears that an error occurred.
    What To Do Now?
    Refresh this page
    Hit the back button on your browser and try the action again
    Return to this page in a few minutes
    Contact Customer Support

    I've done exactly what is stated above but sill no luck.

    On another computer and server, an error comes up when trying to get to the GC website saying "This site is not allowed on this server".

    I contacted GC help desk and they told me the errors were fixed as of yesterday afternoon. Guess what? Still not rectified.

    ANY help would be appreciated.

    Hello guys

    I just solved the same issue by deleting a corrupted file in documenst & settings\"User"\application data\garmin\"unit"\Garmin Connect\pending uploads folder

    Hope this helps somebody else.
