I have got the same error message the last half year and I can transfer the data manually from GC site. My unit is a a FR405 and I have ANT Agent version 2.2.11 that I have reinstalled several times. I have searched this forum for solutions (I see a lot of other with the same problem) but I can´t really find any solution.
Please help me!
I solved my problem! I removed my device from ANT Agent and paired it again - suddenly it works fine! I am pretty sure I tried it earlier but this time it worked...
