60CSx will not show 24k?

Hello,

I have a 60 CSx and purchased the 24k topo micro sd for the mid-Atlantic region. I installed the card in the 60 however it does not recognize the card or show it listed as an installed map set? I have checked the card with Basecamp and the maps are on the card and can be viewed there. I have checked and loaded all current fireware updates for the 60 so I think I am good to go from that angle. I have another cad with 100k maps and it reads that one fine?

Any thoughts on this one... Thanks

Check if the card is well seated in its place, take it out, place it right and close the metal latch. Be careful as sometimes it unseats while closing.

Fixed!

After many attempts and crazy trys I finally found the 24k maps that were missing. To get them to show in teh unit I had to go to the map menu and go to the icon that show which map is installed. The 24K did not appear just the base map was indicated. Highlight the base map file and hit menu again. This time it offered a reset for all maps. I clicked that option and the 24k maps appearred. Not sure what exactly it did but fixed the problem. Thanks for the offer to help and ideas...

Same problem

I'm having the exact same problem with my micro sd card. Having trouble finding the menu options you are describing that you went to...are you referring to menus on the handheld device or computer?
