I've tried to select the "interface" feature on the Garmin...the USB says "Not Connected" and I push enter and the Garmin goes to a blank white screen. I open up "Web updater". In Web Updater I click on the button "Find Device" and it says: You may need to set your interface option on your GPS to "Garmin or Host". Am I using the wrong program? I want to see if I need update on the software and just communicate with the Garmin with my computer.
I'm at a lost here, what am I doing wrong here? Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
