405CX won't sync

I have never had a problem with auto-sync with computer until now. No matter what I do, my 405cx is not being automatically picked up by Garmin Connect to download my latest history. Is there a way to force it to sync. Force Sync is turned on on unit, but how do I force it to sync?

    This has just started happening to me too, reboots of the watch, my laptop, unplugging and replugging the ANT+ stick, nothing works.

    How should I go about debugging and fixing this?

    405X can't connect to Garmin Connect

    January 1st 2011 I made a sync - since then I haven't been able to sync either. Garmin Connect is asking me to up upgrade from 2.1 to 2.3, but I can't do this since the watch will not connect.

    What's happening Garmin? :confused:
