Garmin GPSMAP 62s Basemap accidently deleted

Can someone please assist me:

For Chrismas I recieved a GPSMAP 62S. While browsing through mass storage mode lI accidently deleted the basemap. Is there a way to reload it? or download. If sowhat are the steps to take to reinstall it?

Google Recuva and download it. Connect the GPS in mass storage mode and see if Recuva can recover the missing img file.
