delete or edit goals

Me too. Got my garmin for Christmas, and still no ability to delete my goals. I use FF and Safari on Mac and neither of them give me any ability to cancel goals. I checked the 'Known issues' thread but the last issue with this was unresolved back in Jan. Can we fix this please?

Ditto. I've been looking at threads here and the most recent stuff is from January when they said they were working on it.

Just now I even had one of those "Quick Tips" on the Dashboard that reads:

To delete a Goal:


From the Goals section

* Select Historical, Active, or Future Goals.
* Click the red-x icon.
* Confirm deletion.
* Goal will be removed from list.

There is no red "X" icon.

- Firefox Internet Browser Vers. 3.6.13
- AVG Internet Security & Norton Security Suite

p.s. Internet Explorer (vers. 8, most recent) doesn't display a red X either

Same problem here. No way to edit or delete goals.

Problems with deleting goals.

I got mij Forerunner 110 as a birthdaypresent from my boyfriend. I've used it (and Garmin Connect) this morning for the first time. I can't delete a goal I've accedentaly created.

I saw a message from 10 months ago where somebody writes about te same problem. I hope they fix it soon!

I think it's safe to say that the Garmin support crew do not view this issue as a problem. Either that or they don't read the forums. Or they think it's our problem anyhow because we put didn't put the Goal in correctly the first time even if it was our first time on the site :(

There's another issue I've been having that they've theoretically been working on since mid-December. Still, no fix or response.

I can't delete my goals also :( I use internet explorer....

Once you set your goal to "distance" or "time" you can't change those either?

You can add me to this list. Very frustrating. Even my old Nike+ thing would allow me to do this. Also, I created a goal yesterday, logged runs yesterday and today and they aren't appearing in my goal. Anyone know why this would be the case? The runs showed up on my dashboard, just not in my goal.

Me too! Currently you can edit some parts of a Goal, but not delete it. It would be okay not being able ot delete a goal if you could edit everything in the Goal to what you do want, but you can't edit the 'Measured Over' field (which is what I want to change). Adding a delete option would be EASY. Come on Garmin!
