Garmin Nuvi 1350 LTM

We just received the Garmin Nuvi 1350 LMT as a gift and notice there is no AC adapter enclosed. We are senior citizens and and cannot pay for an adapter, which I am told costs about $25.00

IWe do have two adapters here.
#1- One is the one we had been using with our Garmin 200. Will that work with this Garmin nüvi 1350-LMT?
It has:
Input AC 100-240V 200mA 47-63Hz
Output DC 4.5V-9.5V Max 800mA
#2- We also have another (travel charger) adapter, which has:
Input 110-220V 50-60Hz
Output 5.5V - 600mA
Will either #1 or #2 work with the Garmin Nuvi 1350 LMT?

#3- We also have a USB to AC adapter. Could that be used? It reads:
Input -110-240 AC 50/60 Hz
Output - 5V DC 1A
Could that be used to charge our Garmin 1350 LMT?

Please advise.

#3- What are the AC adapter requirements (specs) for the adapter for the Garmin Nuvi 1350 LMT (volts; mA; Hz, etc.)?

    My AC-USB adapter

First, I see that no one has replied on the forum
I'm new here; I have the same gps receiver, and I have an A.C.-USB adapter that I have used to recharge my gpsr. I did not buy it for this receiver, and do not know the specifications for a unit specially supplied.

To the best of my knowledge, here are the specs on the unit I've used.

    Garmin Switching Power Supply
    Part No. 362-00043-04
Output 5V - 1.0 A max *I'm a senior too! The lettering is extremely small on this unit.

So, trying to help, but if you hook up your adapter you do so at your own risk.

    Best,
    Dave

If your adapters have a "mini" USB connector, you could use them. Even if they have the large connector, the USB cable can "convert" to the smaller one. USB standard will be 5Volts and will charge your Nuvi.
In addition, you can just leave your Nuvi attached to your PC and it will be charged.

I see that your Nuvi is an "LMT". Did it include a car charger cable with Traffic antenna? Your LMT Nuvi includes Traffic capability, and the traffic function requires the antenna cable.. My LMT unit came with the FM antenna charger cable. Did yours? I find the Traffic function very helpful, so I always have my Nuvi plugged in with the traffic antenna cable while I am driving, in order to know if there is a traffic backup on the freeways. That also keeps my unit fully charged all the time. So if I didn't have either traffic antenna cable or the A/C adapter, then I would invest in the antenna cable first.

Also, do you have a computer USB cable? You will want a computer USB cable in order to update your maps. You unit includes free map updates, and I think that a new update becomes available 4 times a year. The computer USB cable is used for map update and it also charges the unit.

So if you have either the car charger or the computer usb cable, then you really wouldn't have a need for the A/C adapter.
