courses not apprearing in 310xt

sending a course to the device is not working. the course goes to the ant stick, the device comes up with transferring data, but the course does not appear in the courses folder. i have updated the software to the latest for both the ant stickand the device. does anyone know why this is happening?? and how do i make the courses appear in my device??
