Garmin 3760T, unable to write destination address!?

Hi all,

i have updated my 3760T to the last firmware version, the 3.60. As for the previous updates, the update process made me crazy because there are always problem to maintan the lastest version on the device. Everytime i reboot there is still the old one inside, and this is making me very annoied.
But i discovered the top of the absurdity today. After i succesfully used the 3.60 firmware for a trip, now i can't use my gps anymore because the "insert address" button doesn't work! And it's not a problem of display/touch calibration, because on all the other pages, that display area works, but when i push that icon, the display just show a vertical bar on the right side and there is no way to insert an address.
Any suggestion?
Who need a gps which is unable to bring you where you want because you can't tell it?

Resetting was unusefull, reinstalling is impossibile!

I'm really boooooooooooooooooooreeeeeeeeeeeed! I had four Garmin deviced in my life, the first two were solid like rock, but this one and the 1490T (which i had months ago) are the devices with the most bugged firmware i ever seen since today. You can bet i will not go for a fifth device!

(i already contacted garmin support, which told me that i have computer/software problem. I think that the problem is in... ok i don't want to start a flame... :D )

    PROBLEM SOLVED!

Just wanted to update my previous post, hoping it can be usefull for somebody in the future. It seems that at a certain point, trying all the methods possible to reset the device, i picked the right one, but i didn't know that this kind of reset would even delete all the maps loaded on the gps. Infact, when i tryed to update it via the "dashboard" online, the website told me that my device had 2,5 Gb of free space.
So i did another reset (the correct one this time, by pressing for some second the area of the display above the compass on the dashboard page) and reloaded all the maps (i was lucky that i bought the lifetime update and i had the maps on my pc). However watchout before doing a reset on the road!!!
Just hope that the next firmware update will install itself easily...
