MapSource not detecting Etrex Vista via USB

Have Windows 7 with mapsource Ver 5.16.3 when I connect my etrex via USB windows 7 is unable to successfully load the USB driver. Therefore I went out to Garmin and downloaded USBDrivers_23.exe. Successfully loaded them and started mapSource, clicked on transfer and selected find device. :(

Any recommendations?
