Nuvi 265W

Greetings,

I have the Nuvi 265W and It does not seem to be recognized by my windows XP system.
Ive tried different USB ports and the device is on and lights up when i connect via usb.

The Web Updater program just does not see the device.

Is there a reason behind this or solution?

I've been trying on Mac... It can't find the device...
