Garmin Where are you??

Hey Garmin. Some type of response would be nice.
At least a "This is how it is going to be, so too bad for you" would be nice.
A "Sorry we screwed up" Would be a little nicer.

An explanation of any type would be better than this indifference to your customers.

    +1 on that. Like any screw-up or calamity, it's always best to own it. To be out in front of it. At least this way the customers would know where the company stands. The cryptic, marketing-speak message from Garmin is not what customers want to hear. Come clean, like @EJBARNES requests. At the very least this (very loud) customer base would have more respect for you.
