Dashboard and Activities not accessible

I have following problem: After Upload of a gpx file which I wanted to send to my Edge 500 an error occurred and I have to access to the dashboard and to activities. I think it is because the gpx file was corrupted and has a wrong date – something like year 0001.

I can see me activities if I change in activities to for example last 365 days. I also can only upload manually.

Problem is can not do anything because this file has to delete first but how should I do that if that file did not show up.

I attached the file I uploaded.

Somebody could help me here?
