nuvi 1410, POI, alert sound and icon problem

I have one Nuvi 1410. I tried to add custom POI using POI loader.

I had 3 files in my POI folder to upload to device:

a_speed_50.csv
a_speed_50.bmp (24x24 pixels)
a_speed_50.wav

I have sox.exe present in the same folder of POI loader.

When installed all the points appear correctly in the custom POI but facing the following problems:

1. Icon are not appearing, just a round green dot is there.
2. Sound alert is not as the same of my file, but there is sound of deafult buzzer.
3. while loading, I have set to alert only for overspeed, but it also alerts at the starting of distance, even speed is not over.

Any help, please.

Solved.

But there is another problem !

when alert set to speed only, it should alert on overspeed only but it gives sound alert on distance also, , , any help.
