Upload hangs Up/Edge 500

Hi,

Did a long ride today and I'm trying to upload it to Connect. At first, Connect said that there was nothing to upload. After ejecting the Edge and reconnecting it, Connect recognized that there was an activity in the Activities folder. After engaging Upload, I waited 30-40 minutes and no conclusion to the upload. I tried it a second time with the same result.

I completely reset the Edge after the ride and there are no other activities on the Edge (except today's ride).

Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

Setup:
MacBook Pro
Mac OS 10.5.8
Firefox 3.6.12
Edge 500

    Make sure you get the ride loaded into Training Center first. this way if you lose the data on the 500 you WILL have a copy you can upload to Connect.

    Since my original post I've tried a few additional "angles" with no change. I've tried to upload via Safari on my Mac and Internet Explorer on my PC at work. No change.
