Resetting Garmin to UK maps

Since using my Garmin in Portugal, the device only seems to recognise Portugal, Spain and France? Any ideas on how to use UK maps again. Been through every option.:confused:

What's the model number ?
Can you browse to the UK?
Is detailed UK mapping gone?

You may have to reset the locale
