Allow setting goals that start (slightly) in the past

I went for a jog yesterday (Sunday), and wanted to add a 12K goal for this week. The week starts on Sunday here, in Israel, and I have set that in the display settings.

Unfortunately, I could not set that goal. It'll have to wait till next week.
