405cx unable to transfer data to Garmin connect, but husbands device has no problem

Hi, My husband & myself have had forerunner 405cx devices for a couple of weeks now. We both have our own Garmin Connect accounts.
The device started off by exceeding my expectations, it was my dream training device . It still is except that since Thursday 21st Oct I've been unable to transfer my data to Garmin Connect. Before that I had no problem .My husband is not having the same problem though, in fact his data is now going to both our accounts. (We use the same PC)
I've cleared our internet cache, redownloaded the communicator , tried forced send, checked all of my settings & even did a master reset on my device.Still no change. I trawled through the help FAQs & even tried to send an email to Garmin support , which jammed (twice) after I'd spent time filling in the the required fields & writing an email explaining the problem & asking for advice.Gave up on that .
Data appears to be being transferred to the Ant Agent, but on the Ant agent it says that it's unable to tranfer data to Garmin connect. I'm confused as I can see no reason for the problem & why IT is only my device.
I even installed the training centre & that automatically transfers all of my husbands data, I've now installed & uninstalled it 3 times.
Any advice or explanation would be appreciated. Thank you & apologies for the rambling post. I'm just very frustrated..
