Has anyone else had this problem? I have tried it on 3 different PC's two running Vista Premium Home and one running Windows 7. The requirements say Windows XP service pack 2 or newer operating system. When I try to install it is gives me a message stating that my operating system is not compatible? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I cannot instal ACE on a Vista machine. I have managed to instal it on an XP machine, but the program dispays instability with files with more than 13 checklist items and won;t write a valid file to the SD card even though I can see it on the PC. If I load a simple example file, the 695 reads it OK, but not a "real sized" file.
Multiple problems here - have esclated to product support months ago, but no reply as yet.
Anybody know the answer?
Is the downloadable on the Garmin site the right file? It is called "OEM" which is curious.
